Arrival & Departure
On arrival day your apartment will be available after 2 pm. In case your journey does not go according to plan and you will arrive after 6 pm. please let us know. On departure day we kindly ask to check out by 9.30 am. The next guest will be grateful.
If the room is vacated later than 9:30 a.m., the total cost for another entire day shall be charged.
In case of early departure or late arrival we will charge the total price.
Deposit and payment options
A deposit of 200,00 € is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking.
Payment can be made in cash, ATM cards and credit cards (except AMEX and Diners). Checks are not accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Important note: our cancellation policy
- Prior to 3 months to the day of arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- Prior to 4 weeks to the day of arrival we will charge 50% of the total price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
In order to cover cancellation charges we recommend to take out the cancellation insurance „Roter Hahn“ upon booking. Having covered potential cancellation charges you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
